The diagnostic results provide us with a baseline for the team’s development, drives the content of the team-building program, and serves as a springboard for discussion and action planning.
- Behavioral Profile – Using one of several personality profiling tools such as Myers-Briggs or Social Styles, team members gain invaluable insight into why some relationships work and others don’t. The profile is used to help explain team dynamics and build interpersonal relationships.
- Team Meetings (Workshops) – Based upon the diagnostic results, we create meeting agendas that focus on your team’s stage of development and design conversations, experiences, skills building, and planning to reach the desired performance edge.
- Follow-up Process - KRG re-administers the initial diagnostic tool six to nine months out to assess progress, celebrate achievements and set next-step plans for the future.
